perfect combo of power, passion, and positivity to every session. A true combat sports enthusiast,
I’m all about helping you unlock your inner athlete—whether you’re throwing your first punch or
chasing your next PB.
I specialize in boxing, cardio, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, bootcamps, strength training, and
mobility—so whether you’re looking to get fitter, stronger, faster, or just have a blast training, I’ve got
you covered.
Known for my infectious energy and no-ego approach, I create a fun, challenging environment where

Cecilia Trungove
At the Holistic Myo, our aim is to treat every person and condition with a wide range of techniques and focus on supporting positive client outcomes. This is achieved by assessment, treatment and ongoing management by a Myotherapist trained to take an evidence-based practice approach for each individual’s needs.
We are also a neurodiverse affirming practice with expertise around hypermobility and other physical conditions associated within the neurodiverse space.

Kristy is a passionate and dedicated personal trainer with a special interest in women’s
strength and fitness. A committed powerlifter herself, Kristy brings her love for lifting
heavy into every session—helping clients build both physical strength and inner
confidence.
She offers tailored training and coaching programs, with a focus on strength
development, fat loss, and long-term wellness. Through her many years of coaching
Kristy has created a supportive, empowering environment where women feel seen,
supported, and capable of achieving big things.
Her expertise in strength training, lived experience in the powerlifting world, and
genuine care for her members make her an invaluable part of our team.
