Personal Training
Access one-on-one personal training. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or to work with understanding how best to make individual adaptations to support stronger living. You don’t need to be a celebrity to have a PT, but we might just make you feel like one.

Semi-Private Personal Training
All of the skills and support of personal training, with an added community of like-minded friends who help cheer you on as you grow. Small groups of up to 4 keep the setting fun and intimate and attention to detail high. When you’re confident enough to train in a small group and don’t need the PT all to yourself, why not take the opportunity to share the love and build yourself a fitness family.
Better Living
A tailored strength and balance program for our older community members. Focussing on keeping you strong and moving well, while increasing your confidence and social connections in a safe and supportive environment.

New Mum’s Course
Designed to give you back your sense of who you are, while supporting the repair and strengthening of your body after childbirth (no time limit) so that you can continue to be the best Mum without a doubt. Focussing on strengthening your core, pelvic floor, posture and ability to carry out all of the new Mum-functions required of you, we hold these sessions in a small community group, and every session ends with social time so there’s no need to rush back to being busy too quickly.

Progression
You’re not a newcomer to the fitness world, maybe you’ve done some Personal Training, or completed the New Mum’s course and feel ready to branch out a little wider. We’ve got you. Progression is a small group functional training session where we draw on your strengths to eliminate any weaknesses, giving you the power to perform at your best physically and mentally as you head towards becoming your best self. Expect progressive programming, full body workouts and fun formats to keep you smiling while you work.
