Burnout Prevention Workshop

Featuring burnout prevention coaches Matthew & Annika Egglestone, Arete Effect is proud to host it’s very first Burnout Prevention Workshop.

In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll discover a simple framework for identifying your unique burnout triggers and implementing practical solutions that fit YOU. Matthew and Annika will guide you through their proven 3-step method to reclaim your energy without adding more to your already busy schedule.

You’ll learn how to recognize early warning signs of burnout, set boundaries that stick, and implement micro-practices that can be integrated into your daily routine. The workshop combines evidence-based techniques with real-world applications, leaving you with strategies you can immediately put into action.

As a participant, you will receive a customized burnout prevention toolkit, including the workshop worksheet and access to a curated resource list for continued support. This isn’t about adding more to your plate—it’s about making small, strategic changes that create lasting impact.

Yin Yoga with

Working on connective tissues as opposed to the muscles and joints, yin encourages you to gently hold stretches for upwards of 3 minutes. Anyone who has tried to stay still for that long before will understand that there needs to be some level of a meditative state going on. Caroline’s guidance is just perfect to help you understand the sensations you may be experiencing and keep your focus on the desired intent.
